Uncommon Histories

Working in a library, you soon learn that there really is a book about everything, including some things you might not expect. Check.  The Vinyl Countdown: The Album from Vinyl to iPod and Back Again?  But of course.  A Feast of Ice and Fire: The Official Companion Cookbook?  Why not. The Mushroom Hunters: On the Trail of an Underground America, Ranger Confidential: Living, Working, and Dying in the National Parks,  Prophets of Smoked Meat: A Journey Through Texas Barbecue, Silver Palaces (a book about travel trailers), Learn to Burn: A Step-by-Step Guide to Getting Started in Pyrography...we could go on, but you probably get the picture.
